Story: "Dr. Eggman has used Chaos Control to break the world into 7 parts, and plans to rain confusion by turning into a Dr. Eggman Empire.
Sonic and Tails, having been separated from their friends, are teaming up to return the world to its original state. To do this, they must find all 7 Chaos Emeralds and use Chaos Control to undo Dr. Eggman's mischief.
But Eggman isn't resting on his laurels. He's used his engineering genius to perfect the ultimate fighting robot, and will do all in his power to stand in Sonic's way."
Cheats
Secret Stage
Complete all 7 special stages, and then on the main menu press Up, R button, Down, L button, Right, and Left.
Tips
Unlockable Characters
| Amy Rose | You must beat zone 4 act 3 with Sonic as your leader |
| Knuckles the Echidna | You must beat Sun Set Hill Act 3 using Sonic as your leader |
| Cream the Rabbit | You must beat zone 6 act 3 with sonic as your leader |
Extra Zone
Collect all 7 Chaos Emeralds, and beat the final zone with Sonic as your leader
Unlock Sound Test
You must beat the final zone
Unlock Time Attack Boss Mode
You must get gold medals for every level and boss, and then beat Nonaggression. After that Cheese will tell you that Boss Time Attack is available at the end of the credits.
Screen Settings
At the title screen press the R button to change the screen settings. The original setting is for GBA, LCD 2 is for GBA SP, and LCD 3 is for playing the game on a TV.
