Unlock Hints
If you want hints for a certain game just leave that particular game running for at least 3 hours. Now when you exit out of the game, and check the cheat menu you will be able to see the cheats for that particular game.

Vectorman Minigame
Move Vector so that he is standing under the SEGA logo, and shoot the logo exactly 24 times, then jump up and make Vectorman's head hit the logo 12 times. The logo will disappear, and the letters will keep falling from the top of the screen. Try to catch the letters. If you get 100-109, you can skip to level five, and if you catch 110 or more, you can skip to level ten.
Full Version of Sonic Chaos
Start the Sonic Chaos demo and insert a second controller into slot two and press start. The clock will reset, and a second screen will appear with the full version on it. Down side is there is no sound for the second screen.
Museum Slideshow
When examining an illustration in the Museum, press the X button, and you should hear a sound effec. The slideshow will start and show all the images you've unlocked thus far. Be sure to look at the picture marked new or it will skip over them.
Play as Ash, Shiva, and Victy in Bare Knuckle III (Japanese Version)
As soon as you give the final blow to Ash, hold the square button until the next part of the level. After you lose all your lives and press continue Ash will be selectable. The same can be said for Shiva, but instead of square, you hold the X button. If you want to play with Ash or Shiva in 2-player mode both players must hold the corresponding buttons. Remember if the game is over in 2 player mode you have put the code in again.
To play as Victy (Roo), you must only defeat only the clown when fighting the bosses in the first part of the second level. When you lose all your lives Victy will be selectable. Now when you do play as Victy, he will be from the beginning.
