Tips

Unlock VS Characters
You must successfully complete story mode to unlock bonus characters in VS mode.

Unlock Big
Feel Good! To unlock Big for VS mode, you must buy all of Tails' pictures.

Unlock Chao
To unlock the Chao for VS mode, you must buy all of Knuckles' pictures.

Unlock Gamma
To unlock Gamma for VS mode, you must buy all of Amy's pictures.

Unlock Super Sonic
To unlock Super Sonic for VS mode, you must buy all of Sonic's pictures.

Unlock Dolls
To unlock all the dolls you must win in versus mode with every character.

NiGHTS Cameo
To unlock Sonic's wannabe replacement, set your Dreamcast's date to December 24th. Now instead of Lummina Flowlight guiding you, you will see NiGHTS. Unfortunately you will still hear Lumina Flowlight's voice.

Rella Cameo
Just like the NiGHTS cameo, you can have Rella as your guide, by setting the date to April 1st.

Sonic's Laptop/Notebook
When you complete the game once and head back over to Sonic's room you will find a laptop on the table, with it you can change some of the configurations.

Sonic's Toy Box
To get Sonic's cherished toy box, you must go into the photo album and select Another. Now buy the first picture of Lumina, once this is done you will have a toy box to play with in Sonic's room. You can use the toy box to play mini-games from both story mode and VS mode, with any character, including ones that are still locked.

Bonus Pictures
Place your Sonic Shuffle CD into your CD-ROM drive and open the Sonic Shuffle folder. Here you can access pictures of the characters from Sonic Shuffle.

Two Force Jewels
When you're in battle, their will be a HP card with a number over the enemy's head. If you get the same number card as the enemy, it will say "Critical". After the battle is over, you have two Force Jewels. This will not work with Preioustones Battles.
